Paul Okoye “Rudeboy” Blows Hot over His Divorce Saga; Says it’s Nobody’s Business
Paul Okoye “Rudeboy” has expressed his displeasure at the public brouhaha that greeted the news of his divorce.
The P-Square twin people should learn to mind their own businesses and to leave the Okoye family alone. He said during a recent media interview that the divorce saga is a private family affair and should be respected as such.
Just last week, Paul’s wife of seven years, Anita Okoye, reportedly filed for divorce and demanded a monthly spousal support of $15,000 (N7.8 million).
According to insiders, Anita had relocated to the United States with their three children before this time largely because the celebrity couple had been having marital problems for several months.
The news of Anita filing for divorce caught Nigerians unawares, and it spread like wildfire. Rudeboy had remained silent since the news broke, but he has just reacted by asking people to mind their own businesses.
“Let the Okoye family just have the peace that I think they are having now. I hate waking up anytime and just see people saying things you know,” he said. “Whatever that happened is just a thing of choice and one thing you need to do is to try and respect people that wake up one day and say they don’t want to do anymore. Okay?”
When asked if the P-Square duo can still come together again as a team, Paul said he has gone beyond that level and that the public should also move on – indicating that the duo may never come together again.
