You’ll see some of the best fashion designs, not just from Lagos or Nigeria, but from other African and world countries.
Since it’s debut, the Lagos Fashion Fair has attracted about 18,000 visitors with more than 1,200 exhibitors. If you believe your designs deserve to be noticed, you should join the exhibitors. The Fair creates a platform where local Nigerian designers can connect with international designers. It also celebrates outstanding designers and fashion entrepreneurs that have mastered the fashion art.
The 2021 Lagos Fashion Fair has already attracted 60 exhibitors and over 3,000 visitors from more than 10 countries. Some of the major event planners include renowned brands like OriFlame, Lo’Lavita, Swhweppes, and Renmoney.
What Can You Exhibit?
At the Lagos fashion fair, you can exhibit anything that relates to fashion. This includes clothes, fabrics, jewelry, accessories, and also models for catwalks. The most important thing is that the designs should be yours and unique. People will only want to patronize the best of the bests.
How To Register As A Visitor
Being a visitor means you’re not coming to exhibit or showcase any fashion product. You’re coming to view what the exhibitors will present and possibly patronize their businesses anyway you can. The Lagos Fashion Fair requires registration before you can attend as a visitor.

After submitting, you’ll get a notice that your message has been sent. You’ll receive further information in your email if your registration is accepted. With that, you can now attend. The Fashion Fair is free so you don’t have to pay any fee for attending.
How To Register An Exhibitor
You have to book a stand as an exhibitor coming to showcase your products. Therefore, you may have to pay. Attending as an exhibitor is not free as attending as a visitor. Typically, the large the stand space you book, the higher the booking fee.

- Submit
After submitting, you’ll get a confirmation message. You’ll be sent the event brochure by mail. In the brochure, you’ll get information about how to pay for a booking space and others about exhibiting.

When Is The Fashion Fair?
The 2021 Lagos Fashion Fair is scheduled for 3rd and 4th December 2021. It’s to be held at the Multipurpose Hall at the University of Lagos. The show is annual and the date is not always December. You’ll have to check the website to see the date for subsequent years. The same goes for the venue. It’s not always held at the University of Lagos.
